We have a lot of Trilogy and Cobra products. Can we download data from those locks int the IQue software?

No. There are several reasons why this is not possible. Some non-Marks products allow mixing code lengths which the iQue and software do not support. While the Marks software does have import capability, it is designed to use an Excel spread sheet with uniform and expected data fields or errors will certainly occur.
