i-Que audit trails can be downloaded and programming changes can be made with the i-Dat infra-red read/write device. This is a hand-held unit that communicates with enabled i-Que models and has a 4-line display showing the lock ID and serial number, current time, day and date, battery status and number of events downloaded.
